01The Company
Groundwork, Across Three Connected Areas.
Zenithra began in property and business services and has grown into renewable energy and the site infrastructure that supports it. The three sit together more naturally than they might appear to: all three turn on understanding a piece of land, what can be built on it, and what the paperwork permits.
The company’s own descriptor — Business · Infrastructure · Solar Plant Support — reflects where the practical work sits today: supplying and installing precast perimeter infrastructure, including for solar plants, alongside consultation across solar, wind and land.
We work from an office in Sheshadripuram, Bengaluru, and on sites across Karnataka.

02What We Do
Four Areas of Work.
Solar carries the strongest focus today. The other areas continue alongside it, and clients frequently arrive through one and need another.
- Renewable energy
- Solar project consultation across land, rooftop and commercial scales, and wind project feasibility — focused on the assessment work that comes before anything is committed.
- Perimeter infrastructure
- Precast RCC compound boundary walls, solar plant fencing, panel and post installation, foundation and civil works, and repair and maintenance of existing installations.
- Land and property
- Real estate consultancy, farmland and agricultural land, property development, villa and apartment layouts, and joint development arrangements.
- Business services
- Business consultancy, franchise development, elevator installation solutions and digital marketing support.

- The site decides
- Capacity, cost, timeline and feasibility are properties of a particular site, not of a brochure. We assess before we propose.
- Say what is not known
- Where something depends on an approval, a measurement or a rule that may change, we say so plainly rather than rounding it into a promise.
- No guaranteed outcomes
- We do not offer guaranteed returns, guaranteed land income, assured subsidy approval or guaranteed project clearances. Those decisions sit with other parties.
- Work we can stand behind
- Installation to approved drawings and site conditions, and support afterwards — including on installations we did not originally build.

Where We Work.
Our office is in Bengaluru and our property and land work has been concentrated across Karnataka — including Bengaluru, Mysuru, Tumakuru, Belagavi.
