Solar Infrastructure
Built for the Demands of Renewable Infrastructure.

01Core Services
Perimeter Work, End to End.
This is the part of the business with the longest track record and the most direct involvement: we supply the elements, we install them, and we come back when something needs attention.
Work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and the conditions actually found on site, which are rarely quite what a drawing assumes.

| Reinforcement | As per structural design |
| Foundation | RCC footing / precast footing |
| Finish | Smooth / as per requirement |
03Wall Profile
How the Wall Goes Together.
Precast RCC posts are set at regular centres on footings, and panels are slotted between them course by course until the required height is reached.
Where a secure boundary is specified, posts carry angled arms for barbed or razor wire along the top.

04Installation
The Sequence on Site.
01
Excavation
Setting out the line and excavating for footings.
02
Post Erection
Precast RCC posts set and held to line and level.
03
Panel Fixing
Panels slotted between posts, course by course.
04
Alignment & Grouting
Final alignment, grouting and making good.
05
Completed Wall
Barbed or razor wire added where specified.
05Applications
Where It Is Used.
- Solar plant perimeters
- Boundary walls and fencing around generating sites, with provision for barbed or razor wire where specified, and gated access points.
- Industrial sites
- Secure perimeters around factories, yards and storage areas where a durable, low-maintenance boundary is wanted.
- Commercial premises
- Compound walls to commercial properties, warehouses and institutional sites.
- Residential plots and layouts
- Boundary walls to individual plots, farm holdings and residential layouts.
06Why Precast
What It Gives You.
- Speed of installation
- Panels and posts are cast off site and installed in sequence, so a long run goes up considerably faster than built-in-place masonry.
- Consistency
- Factory-cast elements are dimensionally consistent along the run, which matters over hundreds of metres.
- Durability
- Precast RCC resists weather, UV and corrosion, and needs little upkeep once installed.
- Repairable in sections
- A damaged panel or post can be replaced individually without rebuilding the surrounding run.
07Questions
Before You Ask for a Quote.
Most of what follows comes down to the same point: the site decides, so we look at the site first.
What does a precast compound wall cost?
Pricing depends on the run length, wall height, panel and post specification, ground conditions, foundation type, barbed or razor wire requirement, site access and location. Rather than publish a rate that would not hold for your site, we quote after a site inspection and a review of your requirements.
Are the specifications on this page fixed?
No. The specifications shown are typical and configurable, and are given so you can see the sort of thing we build. Final dimensions, materials, reinforcement, foundations and pricing are confirmed after site inspection and a review of the project requirements, in accordance with the approved structural design.
Can you work to our own drawings?
Yes. Panel fixing, post erection, alignment, grouting and finishing are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and site conditions. Where you have a structural design, we work to it.
Do you add barbed wire or razor wire?
Where specified, yes. Posts can be supplied with angled arms to carry barbed or razor wire along the top of the wall. This is common on solar plant perimeters and other sites where a secure boundary is required.
Can you repair an existing wall someone else built?
Yes. We assess and replace damaged panels or posts and provide maintenance support for existing boundary-wall installations, including ones we did not originally build.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the run length, ground conditions, access and the foundation required. Precast construction is generally faster than built-in-place alternatives, but we would rather give you a programme after seeing the site than a figure before.
